One-on-one Training
Get to know everything you need to know about NetAssure in two hours!
NetAssure invites clients and partners to attend a free information and training session at our office in Lane Cove.
The sessions are suitable for help desk, pre-sales and sales staff and will provide attendees with a basic understanding of the NetAssure service and management interface.
The sessions will cover:
- System Architecture
- Provisioning
- Configuration
- Troubleshooting
- Q&A
Online Training
We also offer online training using a web conferencing tool. Online training is conducted over the telephone and each participant has visibility of the trainers screen using their own PC. The trainer walks the audience through the training session and answers questions along the way
This is ideal for interstate partners or those who would find it hard to reach our Lane Cove office.
