Reporting Overview.

Your NetAssure Box sends raw traffic data securely to the NetAssure Central Management servers every two minutes. This information is collated into graph form based on your requirements. While the reporting console contains multiple ways of displaying your information depending on your requirements, outlined below are some of the most frequently used reporting standards.

Total usage
You can view and monitor your cumulative business usage over whatever period of time you require. If there is a discrepancy or a noticeable ongoing trend in internet usage you can address it by amending your NetAssure service control options.

PC usage
Should you wish to monitor individual PC usage, the NetAssure service provides you with a breakdown by PC of download and upload usage.

IDS
The NetAssure service's reporting has functionality to view information relating to attacks by hackers on specific ports and even tells you where they come from.

Keeping your information private

Your traffic data is always kept private by NetAssure Networks. When your traffic logs are sent from your NetAssure to the NetAssure Networks Central Management Servers, the data is encrypted using a technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Your data is then stored within a secure database protected by no less than three layers of firewall.

The NetAssure Networks Central Command Servers are housed in secure facilities around the world protected against changes in temperature and fluctuations in power as well as physical break-ins.

Your traffic data can only be viewed by using your secure login to the NetAssure Networks website and all data is encrypted between your web browser and the web server.
