Does NetAssure fix/replace broken units? Does it need to be updated?
NetAssure comes with a hot-swap program where we will endeavor to have any site up and running with a new unit within 24 hours. The devices ship as a standard device that just needs to be connected to AC mains and either to your phone line or via Ethernet to your choice of internet gateway.
The device can be plugged in by your receptionist, and our Network Operations Centre will look after everything else. This means that as soon as we ship the unit to you, it is only a short time before you will be up and running again without the need to wait for technicians to attend your site.
